Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 24, 2026

This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit this website or buy from it, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

LOLAFO LLC, 800 SE 4th Ave, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009, United States, runs this website and decides how your personal information is used. In privacy law, this makes us the “controller”. For any privacy question or request, email support@baimatoov.com.

2. What we collect

When you buy. Our reseller Paddle.com runs the checkout. Paddle collects your email address, your country, your postal code where it’s needed for tax, and your payment details. From Paddle we receive your email address, your name if you give it, your country, what you bought, the price and the order number. We never see or store your full card number.

When you visit. Our hosting provider automatically records technical information when your browser loads a page: your IP address, your browser type, the page you asked for and the time. This keeps the website running and secure.

To measure our ads. The Meta Pixel and our server record which pages you view and what you do in the checkout (for example starting it, adding an add-on or paying), with your IP address, browser details and the cookie IDs described below. See “Cookies and ad measurement”.

When you email us. We receive your email address, your message and anything you attach.

We don’t ask for sensitive information, such as health or financial details. Please don’t send us any.

3. Why we use it

  • To process your order, deliver your files and handle refunds, because we need it to fulfil our contract with you.
  • To answer your emails and fix problems, to fulfil our contract with you, or because we have a legitimate interest in helping the people who contact us.
  • To keep tax and accounting records, because the law requires it.
  • To keep the website secure and prevent fraud and abuse, because we have a legitimate interest in protecting our business and our customers.
  • To measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram, because we have a legitimate interest in knowing which ads work, or with your consent where the law requires it.

We only email you about your order or in reply to your messages. We don’t send marketing emails, we don’t sell your personal information for money, and we don’t use it to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

4. Cookies and ad measurement

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and to show them to people who are more likely to find them useful. They use these cookies:

  • _fbp and _fbc: IDs from Meta that connect your visit to an ad you saw or clicked. Kept for up to 90 days.
  • nsp_vid: a random ID we create to recognize your browser on this website. Kept for up to 1 year.
  • nsp_consent: remembers your cookie choice, where we ask for it. Kept for up to 1 year.

When you buy, our server also sends Meta your email address, name, city, postal code and country in hashed (scrambled) form, together with what you bought and the amount. Meta uses this to match the purchase to an ad and doesn’t share it with other advertisers. Meta handles this data under its own Privacy Policy.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use an ad blocker, or change which ads you see in your Facebook ad preferences. You can also email us to ask us to delete what we hold about you.

The payment form on the checkout page is loaded from Paddle. Paddle may use cookies and similar technology in that form to process your payment and prevent fraud. Paddle’s Privacy Policy explains how.

5. Who we share it with

  • Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, which processes payments, taxes and refunds. Paddle is responsible for the information it collects at checkout under its own Privacy Policy.
  • Vercel Inc., which hosts this website (Vercel’s Privacy Notice).
  • Meta Platforms, which measures our Facebook and Instagram ads, as described in “Cookies and ad measurement”.

  • Professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, when they need it to advise us.
  • Authorities, such as tax authorities, courts or the police, when the law requires it.
  • A buyer of our business, if we ever sell it or merge it with another company. They must keep protecting your information as this policy describes.

Our providers may use your information only to provide their services to us.

6. Where your information is processed

We are based in the United States. We and our providers may process your information in the United States and in other countries. When information about people in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland is transferred, it is protected by safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

7. How long we keep it

  • Order details stay in our Paddle account for as long as tax and accounting laws require, usually up to 7 years.
  • Support emails are kept for up to 3 years after our last conversation, unless we need them longer to settle a dispute.
  • Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short time, usually no more than a few weeks.
  • Cookies last as long as listed in “Cookies and ad measurement”. Meta keeps the data it receives under its own policy.

  • have it corrected or deleted;
  • limit or object to how we use it;
  • receive it in a format you can move to another service;
  • withdraw any consent you gave us, at any time;
  • complain to your local data protection authority.

To use any of these rights, email support@baimatoov.com. We reply within one month. We may need to confirm your identity first. Using your rights will never change how we treat you.

For the information Paddle collects at checkout, you can also contact Paddle directly.

9. Security

We use established providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access to protect your information. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe.

10. Children

This website and our products are for adults running a business. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our practices change, for example when we add a new tool to the website. The date at the top shows the last update.
